Biggest Challenge The biggest challenge I feel like I will face is over coming my shyness. I have always been super shy when it comes to new people and having to interact with them. Over the past five or so years, I have gotten better since I have to work with a bunch of people in an office, but I still struggle with that anxiety every day. I am working on not being so shy and also not being so hard on myself. One piece of advice I feel like I could give someone facing challenges when becoming a teacher is just to be yourself and let your creative side show. Kids are always looking up to their teachers and you want to show them that you are confident and comfortable with who you are. I would also encourage them to give themself some grace and to not be so hard on themself.
