 Challenging Teaching Trend

I believe one thing I will have a challenging time with is managing teaching while pull outs occur for tier 3, EL and speech students. While tier 3 is important to give students extra support when needed, it also sometimes takes them out of the classroom during important instructional time. When I was in school, we have some students pulled out for these services, but that number has grown since then. In todays classrooms you see more of these types of cases. Thankfully, most school systems have paraprofessionals and interventionist in the school, that way these students can be pulled out to have these services in their areas of need. It is important for other students to be around these types of cases that way they can be aware of others and know that everyone is different and some people need more help than others.
